We both entered the real estate industry in the middle of the mortgage crisis. Through it all, we learned that creativity is key to getting the deal done and it’s important to inject some ‘fun’ into the process. Amy Berry is a Certified Negotiation Expert, an exceptional communicator, and savvy dealmaker. She has an innate talent for negotiating and thrives on the contentment that comes from a job well done. Clients rave about her endless patience and know-how. At a very young age, Amy formed a passion for real estate. When she was 18, she bought her first home and sold it at twice her investment just six years later. “That was when I realized that a house isn’t just a home, it’s an investment in your future,” she explains. A consistent award-winner, Amy has been named among D Magazine’s Top Residential Real Estate Producers.

Amy owes her love of BBQ and anything sweet to her Southern roots in Memphis. However, her tree-hugging tendencies come from having grown up in the mountains and deserts of Colorado and Utah. Amy is a lifelong lover of live music and started going to concerts at age 5 when she saw the Beach Boys at Red Rocks. It’s not uncommon for her to go to 4+ concerts a month and she doesn’t turn down a road trip, especially if camping or hiking are involved.

K.E. Boyd is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and her vast industry expertise is backed by a strong background in sales and finance. Her hands-on, educational approach and devoted work ethic leave a lasting impression long after the deal is done. Despite her affinity for luxury, K.E. wasn’t born with a silver spoon in her mouth. Growing up in a small town in Arkansas meant everyone knew everything about everyone. Especially as a cheerleader and the daughter of the high school football coach. “I’ve always loved helping people, all people. I had a knack for making the shy kids, the kids that weren’t “popular” feel welcomed and important. For more than 35 years K.E. has called Flower Mound, Texas home and, as such, her market expertise is unparalleled. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandson, cooking, traveling, paddle boarding, and participating in fundraising events for local animal shelters. She is a Cowboys fan and a dog lover and both she and Amy are rescue dog moms.
